By accessing and using akew.org (“Site”), users agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If these terms are not agreed to, the Site should not be used.

This Site is provided for informational purposes related to Alaska Entrepreneurship Week. Users agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party.

All original content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the AKEW brand identity, is the property of Alaska Entrepreneurship Week and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from AKEW.

User-Submitted Content

By submitting event listings, organization profiles, speaker bios, or other content to AKEW, users grant AKEW a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote the submitted content in connection with Alaska Entrepreneurship Week activities.

Event Participation

Participation in AKEW-promoted events is voluntary and at each participant’s own risk. AKEW does not assume responsibility for the conduct of event hosts, speakers, attendees, or any incidents that may occur during events.

Privacy

AKEW respects user privacy. Personal information collected through this Site (e.g., contact form submissions, event registrations) will be used solely for AKEW-related communications and will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

Limitation of Liability
