A panel of local “impact” entrepreneurs,
using profit as a ‘means’ to an end
A panel of speakers that will have the following GOALS:
- Goal 1: Educate Anchorage residents about social or ‘impact’ entrepreneurship concepts, pathways, tools, resources
- Goal 2: Inspire Anchorage residents through stories of social entrepreneurs in the community
- Goal 3: Engage Anchorage residents in a team-based action-oriented workshop to apply the tools to get started to become a social entrepreneur, leading to a potential Social Enterprise Startup Weekend.
The main purpose is to Inspire Anchorage residents through stories of local ‘Impact Entrepreneurs’, each with a 10-15 minute presentation highlighting key moments along their journey, areas of current focus, and bright visions of the future!
